After an overwhelming response to the site i have reactivated it minus the ACOR page. I have contacted ACOR and am seeking approval to put it back as it was. Will let you all know the outcome. The chatroom has been a resounding success and i have chatted with quite a few of you. Don't be shy, jump in and join in, talking is great therapy. After you have registered on the site you have full rights to contribute to any section of the site, simply click on the buttons at the top and go from there, you cant break it so don't be frightened to try things out.

How OCSG got started - Apr 15
Let me introduce myself: my name is Mike and I am 52 years young and I live in Lafayette, Louisisana. My twenty six year old daughter Erin has cancer. Erin has had major Musculoskeletal Oncological surgery on her right leg. The surgery was performed by Dr. Ian Woodgatein Sydney, Australia. To add insult to injury after four weeks she was told that she has "floating" cancer cells throughoput her body and will be undergoing extensive chemotherapy starting today April 15th. As you can imagine this was devastating news for me and I am unsure of all the details due to the distances between us. The feeling of having to do something and the need for support prompted me to start this site for her and others so that they can develop a good support network. She lives in a remote area and told me how she feels isolated, scared and alone....So began OCSG.
